TIPS

To protect the plush rug, we use vacuum packaging. It's normal to see the fibers not being fluffy enough and some creases. Please lay it flat for 2-3 days and wait patiently for it to recover.

For cleaning, simply use a hand-held vacuum to remove dust and dirt. It can also be shaken outside to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and allow it to fully air dry before next use.

If you notice a slight odor, it's a normal phenomenon caused by warehouse storage. Just expose the rug to air for some time.
